#2 Petrea Road
From a Managers residence to a Boutique Guest House.
The original house was used by Texaco in the 1950's to house the family of one of it's managers. It continued to be used as such in the subsequent years and through change in ownership of the building and surrounding land to Petrotrin.
The Pointe-a-Pierre Wild Fowl Trust then approached Petrotrin in 2003 to open one of the managers houses for use as a guest house.
Petrea Place opened its doors as a guest house and restaurant on June 1st 2004.
